A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Baltimore area, MD, serving K-12 students across multiple school settings. This contract role offers flexible start dates and assignments, with the potential to extend into extended school year (ESY) coverage in July 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to preschool students enrolled in community preschools, elementary students (PreK-5), and secondary students (grades 6-8).
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to student needs.
- Supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLP-A) during secondary school assignments to ensure quality service delivery.
- Travel between multiple school locations, including community preschool settings, Magnolia Elementary, Prospect Mill Elementary, and Aberdeen Middle School.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license.
- Experience working with preschool, elementary, and secondary school populations preferred.
- Ability to supervise and mentor SLP-As.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) Monday through Friday, with part-time options available (30 hours/week Monday through Thursday or flexible schedules).
- Valid drivers license for traveling between school assignments.

- Baltimore area, Maryland, including community preschool sites and school campuses within the district.
Schedule Details:
- Multiple start dates available: December 1, 2025 (or earlier before Thanksgiving), mid-February 2026, and mid-March 2026.
- Contracts run through various end dates with options for ESY coverage in July 2026.
